Review of the HTC One Android Smartphone

The HTC One has been a popular phone in the UK going up against the Samsung S4 smartphone. The HTC One has a slim and sleek design and a finish much like Apple’s iPhone with a customised interface to launch apps similar to the Samsung Galaxy 4S. The HTC One smartphone uses the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Software as well as its own HTC Sense 5 software offering features including the BlinkFeed, a news app that appears on your homescreen with the latest news updates.

The HTC One has a low-resolution camera, which makes up for it in the UltraPixel Camera. This design has an advanced optical lense system to capture more light without needing to increase the megapixels.

Another feature on the HTC One smartphone is the BoomSound stereo for richer and louder sound with dual front speakers so you can listen to music from your phone speakers. This is a great feature for watching movies or TV shows on your smartphone – which HTC One will also remind you about when your favourite shows are on.

HTC One features include:

4.7 inch HD display screen
32GB/64GB storage available
HD 1080p, 468 PPI
Bluetooth, Wi-fi, 3G and 4G compatible
Quad-Core processor
UltraPixel Camera
Size: 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3mm
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Software
HTC Sense 5 software
Handset available in Black or Silver

HTC One Mini

The HTC One Mini is also now available in the UK with its smaller 4.3” screen, 4MP camera and 4G connectivity. The larger HTC One has a better processor and higher screen resolution, however the HTC One Mini has a better display in comparison to the Samsung S4 Mini and the Apple iPhone 5.

HTC One Price in the UK

The HTC One is available SIM free for a competitive £480 for the phone only with the HTC One Mini at around £370. Will you be getting your hands on the HTC One Smartphone?
